2022 Spring Registration
Registration is Open
A sign that Spring is here, is registration opening for the Lund Virtual Fishing League events. Fish from a boat, canoe, kayak, or shore fish on any body of water with public access.
VFL events are designed to be fun with a twist of competition. You want to save gas this season? Join us and fish your local lakes while competing for trophies and gift cards at each event. You can even create your own tournament within a tournament and compete against other local towns, clubs, or family members!
Last year the Student Angler Organization gave out over $25,000 in Scheels gift cards, in random drawings, throughout the season and $10,000 in scholarships at the Fall Fling.
We are opening registration for all 6 events at the same time. Ages 5 to Graduated Senior can register as a student. Students can register with another student, or with an adult. The two that are registered count fish towards the limit.
All events are CRR and utilize the ReelLivewell app available on the Apple and Google Play stores. As in other tournaments we conduct a rules meeting the Thursday prior to the event. On tournament day we start off with a morning prayer and national anthem prior to fishing and close the day with awards and interviews of the top 5 teams. Everything but the fishing is done virtually on Zoom and Facebook Live!
